Who we are:

We are Gravity Digital. We’ve been around for over 20 years but still operate as a small, boutique agency that provides a very high touch for our clients.

We are a video-first ad agency that serves a diverse client base that includes local businesses, e-commerce brands, healthcare practices, and more.

We like to have fun. We enjoy our work and working together, and that shows in our results. Humor is a main ingredient in the video ads we produce and our day-to-day working experience.

Interns will have the opportunity to work with our seasoned marketing team for further education and to learn from an award-winning company. In addition, interns will have the opportunity for certifications through Google, Facebook, DigitalMarketer, and Hubspot.

Internships are part-time with the potential to grow into full-time employment with Gravity Digital.

Make sure you’re comfortable with:

• While we do meet in person several times a month, this is a remote position. You must be prepared and experienced with working from home.
• All candidates must have access to a stable internet connection and a quiet/professional place for phone and Zoom video calls.

Current Internships:  Website Designer | Business Development Representative

WEBSITE DESIGNER

We are looking for a website design intern to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and operation of client websites, landing pages, promotions, and other web projects. This position is a part-time internship with the potential to grow into full-time work. For this position, we need a tech-savvy individual with an understanding of websites and technology, specifically WordPress and Shopify. Curiosity in user experience and conversions is a big plus. You should be methodical, have excellent time management skills and communication skills to collaborate effectively with our writers, designers, developers, and marketers. Interns will have the opportunity to work with our seasoned marketing team for further education and to learn from an award-winning company.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with internal/external teams to design, develop and implement projects and changes.
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
• Monitor and report on Google Analytics metrics, Hotjar recordings.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Simultaneously understand the big picture while paying attention to small details.
• Experience with websites and project management.
• Familiarity with Content Management systems, especially WordPress and Shopify.
• Understanding of Google Analytics.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR)

As an SDR you will play a critical role in growing our business. The main goal and focus of this position is to generate qualified leads through our sales process by prospect outreach. You will also help in developing the sales process in which you will use to tackle your outreach. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, prospect outreach, developing a solid sales process and pipeline.

Job Duties:

• Work our database of prospects and leads.
• Generate new prospects and leads.
• Qualify leads by making sure they are a good fit for our services.
• Identify warm leads and join sales presentations with our founder.
• Monitor and report on activities using HubSpot CRM and Sales tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• You love engaging with NEW people and prospects.
• You find Sales challenging and stimulating.
• Understanding of Product/Market fit. (Just because we CAN close a lead, does not mean we SHOULD.)
